Program 2 will center on ROSTIR found in the textbook and from previously assigned readings. It will be a full campaign centered again: on a product, service, issue or event. It must be centered in development on the ROSTIR PR campaign organization. It must include goals and objectives at the start, and an explanation of the product, service, issue or event. You must cover each ROSTIR throughly providing research for the client, strategies and tactics for the campaign. At the end you should provide an evaluation process for how the campaigns success will be carried out.
