Communication #2: A letter from the CEO to the managers and c-level executives explaining the need for new green initiatives and how they may benefit the company, operations, and revenue streams

Each communication should be approximately two pages in length. Moreover, the communications should contain at least the following movements:

An introduction to the problem driving the need for change.
A description of the green-initiatives serving as the basis of change.
A discussion of policy changes required to drive changes and foster a sustainable change effort.
A mention of whom to contact regarding questions or concerns.

Both communications should be APA-formatted and be easily read by their target audience.
